Not Providing Proper Bandwidth (Request To Cancel Internet Connection)

My Complaint Description:

I would like to cancel my Internet connection with login id :- bhavik_vyas. Which was registered on 27 Feb 2010.

For the following reasons
1) Your call center people thinks I am just doing time pass whenever I register a complain, so close down the complain even though it is not been resolved.
2) Ever-time I register a complain for the most part I receive a call from spidigo suggesting me to restart ever-thing. (They don’t even care to look that I have been complain for move then 1.5 months)
3) Few complain numbers 130722242, 130810188 and one is still active I don’t have that number. No one is bother to even attain the issue forget about resolving it.
4) Being a customer of spidigo for over 3 years and currently having a plan of 2mbs. I am highly dissatisfied with company’s approach toward handling services issues.

Please do the need full for canceling the spidigo connection with login id :- bhavik_vyas by 31-Aug-2013 00:00 and arrange for payment for the amount of remaining months. My Connection was expected to be expire on 28 Feb 2014 23:59.

Still no one is contacting us nor any one is try to solve the complain and they are expecting me to visit there office of negotiation but there not solving the problem.

I am about to visit there hopeless office .
