My Complaint Description: online shopping portal we placed ORDER no. DHFS1045730
November 06, 2018 08:49PM payments Rs. 1540.00 made but no communication / no feedback / no product receipt.
Party looks to be "fraud" as on contact only answering M/c comes on. On email contact no respond till now for last 14 days.Totally no communication from them.
M/s Factory sales…M/s Razorpay…M/s Freecharge all 3 involved but no support from them when contacted.
The said payment made to FactorySales thro Razorpay as payment gate way to them and from us & from our Freecharge as payment gateway to Razorpay ( In short me from Freechage wallet to Razorpay to pay Factrorysales.)
