I was denied checking at the property Oyo 13884 for date 7thjune-8thjune 2019 though I had a gauranteed confirmation by advanced payment.
There was no assistance provided even after calling for 3 hours at oyo customer care. I wasn't even shifted to other oyo property. I was asked to cancel my booking and search for new property myself in the middle of the sun, with a lot of luggage and my old parents.
Since oyo provided me with absolutely no service, I had no other option but look for new hotel which wasted my complete day and spoiled the trip, along with immense amount of mental and physical pain. I had to stay in a hotel that costed me a high amount because of emergency in peak time and an extra day now adds a lot of stress to my budget.

I kindly request you to help me get my complete refund of the payment with no cost deducted(INR 660) under The SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES ACT 1982, and 3 times the same amount as a compensation for the pain and price oyo offered me ie INR(1584×3 =4752) in the same mode of payment under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015.
