NOn Receipt Of Spypen Sent For Replacement

i had purchased a spypen 16GB online through order fron naaptol.com, as i received the product bearing order no. 1194633 in a week but i was not satisfied with the product as it was not operating well. so i send it back for replacement on 18/1/2011 by aramex consignee no: AMD 9854375, and they confirmed that they received it back and informed that it will be replaced and sent back to me in a week, but till date i am doing all my efforts by contacting them on their customer care no. but still i am having only one answer everytime that wait for 7 days….after almost two months i am not getting my product instead of paid in advanced i had knocked your door to help me…i and i am sure i will get it through your help as early as possible…thanks..…
