Dear Sir,
I purchased a new phone Xolo Model Q1000 Opus2 after 1 week i feel the battery problem and submitted the phone to xolo service center(Himalaya mall, Drive-in road, ahmedabad) cervice center people reset the software and given me back, but problem not solved. second time i complained to xolo service center (within a week) again submitted the phone, after checked service center people take the decision to send it to company, after repaired (PCB Changed & take the time of 15 days) i received my phone but problem not solved again i complained service center people take the decision to test it, after two days service center guys called me and take the decision to send it back to company, after 20 days company give me a new phone but it is black and my phone is white, i compromised and take black phone but the new phone also not working properly (wi-fi and portable hot spot problem).…

Dear Sir,

I am really unhappy to inform that its taking almost a year for Xolo company to fix a display that was given in Aug 2013.I had a display issue and as advised by the dealer i had given my phone for servicing at one of the authorized centers and on collecting the phone from the center i was asked to bring back the phone again if the issue persisted and yes the issues was not solved and in addition to that there were additional issues like earspeaker issue, apps not getting downloaded and i had given the phone again and i was told by the concerned person that XOLO would replace the piece or give another phone with the similar features yet still after re servicing the phone the issue could not be solved and i was asked to handover the phone to another authorized service center but they were not willing to help me with the the problem as they said that they had no idea about the history of the phone and demanded payment and i had told the service center that i would not collect the phone as the person in charge at the service center said i have no idea about this phone and i cant do anything about it and i was told that the service center would talk to xolo and get back to me, but till date i have never received a call from them i had gone so many times for the phone earlier but the response was really bad, and i had walked into the service center to check for the phone and the person in charge says that the phone has been handed over back to the head office because the service center has stopped servicing xolo phone and that we have to talk to them.It has been 9 months and still the phone couldnt be serviced, it is highly disappointing to have wasted 12ooo/- on a product and could not be serviced.Kindly make arrangement to get the phone fixed or replaced.it would be helpful if somebody from XOLO would talk to me about this on an urgent basis.…
