MY Policy No . PLB0005078000100/PLA1/CLASSIC
Intimation No. 7D965242 , Dated : 07-02-2019 at Hospitalized time
I have intimated On 7th FEB 2019 for reimbursement, that time i told hospital name and address then after 12th Feb send the all original docs. to Powai office (Mumbai), then after 28th Feb received SMS from the company your claim is rejected.
Then after I called to Chennai office and ask for a reason so, they answer me the hospital is excluded.
So My Question to the company why not Inform me intimation time this matter, if that time they inform me, so I was changed the hospital.
I Send the same mail and to company and told please check my intimation call recording and accepted by customer care executive. I have called to Chennai office on 28 Feb related this matter and all recording save my phone.
So, I request you please help me for getting my claim amount.
