My Complaint Description:
In June 2018, I and my husband were at Shopprix Mall, Noida when some one from this company approach us and said that they are organizing lucky draw for FREE DINNER. So my husband gave his contact number to them.
Next day they called husband and said that he has been selected for free gift voucher of 4D/3N Holiday voucher and free dinner. And called us to Ginger Hotel, Noida sector 63.
So we went there at 6 PM. There was a nice environment, lots of people, most of them are company employees. As we sat, a girl came to us and gave us a form to fill with some basic details like address, phone number, email etc. Next came another employee named Umang. He started brain washing us by writing on A4 sheets and offering us a Gold Membership of their company which will give us free stay at 4 to 5 star hotels across India as well as International. After much of his description, nothing about money yet, he asked us that if we understand. Then came another employee named Steve. He proposed that this membership of 10 years will cost us 1,85,000 Rs and 7,000 per year maintenance cost. After thinking over it we declined. He again came with an offer of 1 lac for 10 years. This time we thought of it as affordable and so we agreed. He quickly filled out some forms with lots of our signatures and all. At last came the dinner which we originally came for. We had the dinner, and then they gave us an envelope of documents containing a copy of every document we signed.
In September last week we started planning for a trip in December, and since then we have been following up with them. We have been speaking to people on their toll free, writing emails and whatsapp, but they are neither doing their work which is book hotels for us nor responding.
Please help me to get my refund.
