My Complaint Description:
10 Feb 2019, Me and my wife were at a Mall in gurgaon. Some one from this company approach my wife and me and said that we are organizing lucky draw for FREE DINNER. So i gave my contact number to them.
Next day i.e. on , Reena called me, which i picked, and tells that you have been selected for free gift voucher of 4D/3N Holiday voucher and free dinner. So you have to come at Hotel Le Meridien Gurgaon. They called us twice or three time, every time separate person, confirming. They also told us to not bring anything and just come as if some family function.
So we went there at 6.30 PM. There was a nice environment, lots of people, most of them are company employees. As we sat, a girl came to us and gave us a form to fill with some basic details like address, phone number, email etc. Next came another employee named Gaurav Gupta (The Manager)8920170259. The lady started brain washing us by writing on A4 sheets and offering us a Gold Membership of their company which will give us free stay at 4 to 5 star hotels across India as well as International. After much of his description, nothing about money yet, he asked us that if we understand. Then the Manager interfered Gaurav Gupta (The Manager)8920170259. He proposed that this membership of 10 years will cost us 6,95,000 Rs and 7,000 per year maintenance cost. After thinking over it we declined. He again came with an offer of 90,000 for 5 years. Also you can pay it in 24-36-48 EMIs with 0% interest. He also promised that we can cancel and refund you any time if you feel so. This time we think of it as affordable and so we agreed. He quickly fill out some forms with lots of our signatures and all. He made me do payment of Rs 10,000 only by credit card. For the sake of Snacks and Dinner we had a Coffee and a snack item and then they gave us an envelope of documents containing a copy of every document we signed. There was no membership id, which they told us that they will mail and send via courier in a week.
After just 2-3 days, i was reading about their reviews and that is the first time i had some doubts. Next day i called Mr. Gaurav gupta and there sec-2 noida office number about cancellation and refund. He just told me that he is busy and will talk later.
That day to this day, he is constantly avoiding my calls. I tried to call their customer care which itself sound fishy. They told me that their is no cancellation or refund policy.
I got no membership ID, I got no response to my complaints which i mailed them twice.
Please help me to get my refund.
