My Complaint Description:
We have booked two rooms for four people in Sarovar hotel, Visakhapatnam from 30th December,2017 to 1st January,2018.

Hotel Voucher:- 17122147668.
But they gave us only one room. and now they are saying that no rooms are available.so all four have to adjust in one room.
Also they not allowed us to check in before actual check-in time and we have waited full day for our booked room at reception and on call customer services. They have given us new time every time… That we will got room, but we didn't get 1 room out of 2. After this insident we don't get worst pillow , we don't got blankets No hot water in room, no cleanliness. We have already confirmed our reservation before 2 days of check in time, with goomo and hotel though we got email confirmation on 21st December to avoid last time surprise. This is one of our worst journey ever.
