Misleading Advertisement, Sub-Standard or Duplicate Quality. Feeling Cheated

Dear Sir,
I have ordered a Philips Power Bank – 25000 mAh capacity vide my order number ​# DKD11464549101 DATED 11/05/2017 from I came to know about their repetitive offer on my FaceBook.
The Courier details are XPRESSBEES(SURFACE)(DKU) 1332817044765.

On use, it was found highly unsatisfactory .. disappointing.
My 10000 mAh capacity is much more powerful than this philips's 25000 mAh. On the body of the powerbank no specification nothing is mentioned. Considering its back up time, I think its not more than 2500 mAh. I STRONGLY Believe Its a Duplicate or the internal power storage is being replaced with 1/10th or 1/5th of the capacity.

I Feel Cheated. There is No Appropriate Contact Details are listed on their web portal. The only contact detail available to us is their one email ID and that's also not working. It appears that the Email is returned back intentionally.
