My Complaint Description:
I was new customer of SBI card. As soon as I received card, so many calls to me which I could not replied as looking fake. But when I generated PIN , on the same day I received call in which I was questioned that ' have u generated PIN. I told yes. Next question was kindly give ur card no so that u can make transaction. I have shared card no. & told that I will not share any more. 15 min fadulent tr appear. When I called no. In the name Harun Shaikh. He told it was just testing purpose. It will be reverted. After some time call fr SBI card. In ur card fadulent tr undergone . After I given replacement request. I received new card for which I have not generated PIN.
After so many calls I have deposited Rs.1200 b by online banking Tr. 524453530 on 30.09.2017. Which SBI card yet not received though my account get debited.
From 3 months daily I am receiving for call for payment. Now it is reached above 11000. Sir, I got fed with these daily calls. Sir, if I have not done any transaction, why should I pay. Secondly my Rs.1200 not received to SUN card. I was new user. I have never told about fadulent calls before & after receiving card. Also till today I have received about 20 to 25 calls, which I didn't replied.
Sir, I simply request for justice.
Sir, help me to get rid of it.
