They delivered me damaged piece of refrigerator on 9th june, which i didnt received and send back to courier.After that i had complaint snapdeal on mails and call still they are not responding.They have my money credited in their account.I had mailed my problem to ceo of snapdeal Kunal bahl and Rohit Bansal also , they both are also not responding.I am facing a very critical issues for new refrigerator.

A settlement has been done by the snapdeal's officers to send a amount of rs 500 for repairing cost of the product in the month of april the officers fully aware that a refund of rs 500 already has been made in the month of december. Because the product is so bad (It was still under warranty) and no response from the company (Where the product has been bought), a new settlement has been done to refund another rs 500 in the month of april to repair the product by snapdeal's officers.

Send a defective product karbonn a108 grey now deny the seven day's refund policy of trustpay. I ordered the product on 7.5.2020 and it reached me on 13.5.18. The product is so defective that it's one sim slot is totally damaged and some blue colour comes suddenly in the screen. It seem they send me some used product returned by someone. When i raised the complain to return the product within three day's they fully deny to return the product.
