My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Micromax A73 mobile from Bhatia Mobiles at Surat, Gujarat on 15/03/2012. Now this mobile has a problem of touch screen. I have asked about service center of Micormax and they told me there was only 1 serivce center in surat. I have gone to the service center of Micromax named P9 Services at surat there was many customers like me who come for solution of micromax mobile and there was only 1 person is attending customer i have taken the token as there was a token system and wait for my turn but after certain time they told we have reached our capacity for collecting phones for repairing now you come another day. I have again gone another day for repairing again i have taken the token and wait for my turn i have wait there for 3 hours but my turn not come i ask that person when my turn come he shouted on me and ask me seat for more 2 hours. I want ask one question why should we waste time and wait for the service and hear this type of rude comments after paying the money? why?

This is my complain please give me judiciary.
