My Complaint Description:
Send a defective product karbonn a108 grey now deny the seven day's refund policy of trustpay. I ordered the product on 7.5.2020 and it reached me on 13.5.18. The product is so defective that it's one sim slot is totally damaged and some blue colour comes suddenly in the screen. It seem they send me some used product returned by someone. When i raised the complain to return the product within three day's they fully deny to return the product. They fully deny their seven day's return policy of trustpay.. They suggested me to visit to a service centre for look into the product. Any problem in that they would picup the product.They gave me 15 day's time for that. When I went to a service centre of karbonn they told me the product is outdated and one slim sot is damaged and still sold by snapdeal and they denied to give me any certificate for that . When I informed snapdeal about that they told me return request is closed(Although only 4 day's passed of their time limit of 15 day's ) although I regularly informed them the whole matter . I have every documents they send me .If required I can send you. If they would not provide any arrangement to pick up the product then take strong action against them for harrasing and cheating customer and denial their seven day's return policy of trust pay because they are the number one cheater and frauder in online business.

  1. Snapdeal forced me to go to service centre of karbonn to get a certificate containing their stamp. Service centre demanded Rs 100 . Why should I pay that. Please ask snapdeal why customer pay this charge for return request and take necessary steps and action that snapdeal should pick up the product without harrasing the customer.

Anyhow I got the certificate from the Karbonn mobile service centre I sent it to snapdeal within their time limitation of fifteen day’s on 31.5.19 to pick up the defective product but still there is no response from snapdeal in spite of repeated reminders. Please take strong action against them because nowadays they are cheating,harrasing, frauding customers in a large extent and denying the fundamental policy in online business of trustpay.

  3. Snapdeal assured me to refund the amount on 5.6.19 and also agreed that they received the certificate on 31.5.19.
    But still now I did not receive the amount after repeated reminders. Please force them to send the amount without any delay and without any excuse.
