My Complaint Description:
Sir, i had ordered a rerigerator on 31st may 2019 and snapdeal promised to deliver on 8th june. I had prepaid the payment. They delivered me damaged piece of refrigerator on 9th june, which i didnt received and send back to courier.After that i had complaint snapdeal on mails and call still they are not responding.They have my money credited in their account.I had mailed my problem to ceo of snapdeal Kunal bahl and Rohit Bansal also , they both are also not responding.I am facing a very critical issues for new refrigerator. Team of snapdeal and Gati couirer are both harassing to me. Please help me to get the product or refund.
