My Complaint Description:
Spidigo's company executive Parshuram Visited our office and did formalities of registration on 9th July 2018. Same day I have paid INR 5000 for the registration and installation. After 2 Days installation team visited our office for installation and they couldn't install their device due to technical issues, therefore they asked us to process for the refund as connectivity of broadband is not available at our location. Its been 3 weeks now but no actions have been taken by Spidigo, We have made several phone calls to Parshuram and also to the company's local phone number 079 40709999, still they are saying there is a system to process refund, but they are not providing exact status! Always giving us wrong promises.
