My Complaint Description:
Hello My name khyati, i placed an order from The_99_shop (instagram account) on May 10th. The order was of Rs. 2846. It included two of the combos (jeans, footwear & top) and two other tops. They even charged Rs. 200 extra for express delivery so that the order gets delivered in 4-5 working days. I was messaging her and asking her about the delivery update, she wasn't replying. One day she said that she can provide the tracking details after 9th working day. How can you give me the update after 9th working day when i paid extra for express delivery to get the order in 4-5 working days. Then i asked her again about my order, she gave me another contact number to discuss about the delivery status, complaints or issues. I messaged on that number, but again no reply. Next day on May 22nd the order got delivered. According to my order there should be 8 items(2 jeans,2 footwear & 4 tops) but only 6 items (2 jeans, 2 footwear & 2 tops) got delivered, all in wrong sizes. I messaged on that number which she gave me, the person came online, read the messages and went offline. I called on that number, it got disconnected. And then i received a Text message with that number saying to share the full name and contact number. I shared so i received a tracking id of my order. I replied that i have received my order but with all the wrong sizes and 2 of the items are missing. I got a reply that kindly share the parcel opening video on the whatsapp number. Anyways i already had made a parcel opening video and then shared on that number. Then the person says that in the video the parcel was already open, how can we trust you that the 2 items are actually missing. I mean seriously???? I paid in advance, i waited for a long time for order to get delivered even after paying extra for the "EXPRESS-DELIVERY" & when the order gets delivered, it is all the wrong sizes, i am still not asking for a refund or exchange, i was just asking for the missing items and these "FRAUDS" have issues in trusting me. That person was way too rude and didn't address the problem properly. He was just distracting the matter by just blaming me that i didn't make a proper parcel opening video which they didn't even inform me to make one beforehand. They didn't forget to ask to share the reviews and ask to share the pictures once i receive the order but they forget to tell me to make a parcel opening video.
Sriti bali and the other person with whom i was in communication on Whatsapp they both blocked me from whatsapp and Instagram and didn't even address the issues.
These people should be banned from Instagram and should not be allowed to cheat people. This is my hard earned money, which is not for them to scam it and enjoy with it.
