SRP Enterprises Pvt.Ltd. Naaptol Complaints

On 20 of march,2011 The Times of India flash an advertisement about a BLACKBERRY STORM 9530 with a discount of 50 percent sold by NAAPTOL. I got the package on 9 April 2011 by paying 12190 rs (actual price is 24000 rs) against Challan No. 9329907 and Seller Ref.No.1529894.
The order was placed through my brother-in-law Mr.Rohan Gogvekar who works For Times of Money.He too had purchased a similar handset through Naaptol.
Later I asked my service provider (VODAFONE) to activate Internet service on my cell, which they activated on 15 April 2011. However since I was not able to browse my mail even after activation I inquired with my service provider about the delay. I was informed my them that my service is indeed active however the PIN number of my handset (3053FA29) is not registered with them. The registration is usually done by the seller (In my case it is SRP Enterprises Pvt.Ltd.) when the handset is sold.
My brother-in-law who has got a similar handset did not have to do any registration at the time of internet activation through his service provider which is also VODAFONE. I would like to now how I would contact SRP Enterprises Pvt.Ltd. or how this registration can be done because without I will not be able to assess my mails. Kindly guide me on this.

    Please help us with the AWB # after sending the product.

    We would surely initiate the refund process & would refund the whole amount within 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive the product back.

I received your mail message then i went to the nearest BLUE DART COURIER but they are not taking your product {Mini Silai Machine Combo}. The Blue Dart Courier people say that they want your company instructions letter and Mail Message them. The warranty period is also coming to end, I have Mailed Messages you many times but there is no reply from you sir. You have given some CENTRALIZED A/C NO: 113260, MODE “D P” and ORDER NO: 1598261 on dated 07-04-2011.
    I want take a strict action against the firm so that they should rectify my problem immediately.
