Complaint: 32 inch LED TV-ONIDA wall mounting installation pending due to non-availability of bracket.
In reference to my various calls for resolution of long pending(since 19 Aug’11) complaint after purchase of 32inches Onida LED TV, First set which I received was defective( left side dark black spot on the screen) same was communicated to your call center -02244074407, I got the replacement during replacement star CJ courier person replaced packing of new TV with defective TV packing along with wall mounting bracket fitted with TV. We were insisting not to take fitting along with TV, he advised this is our company Star Cj rule, Onida engineer will come along with wall mounting bracket. While I call onida customer center they provide me complaint register no. and advised that Start Cj will provide wall mounting bracket, Onida engineer will come for installation and demonstration only. With this reference since 24 th Aug’11, I made more than 20 calls to your call center-02244074407 person keeps my paid call on hold for 15-20 minutes that we are taking with senior and replied
that our senior will call you as soon as possible.
I paid amount on about 19 Aug’11 , your company has no interest for customer complaint resolution. I am not happy with the support from Star CJ services.
