My Complaint Description:
I hold Plan Angel256kbps – 784kbps for 12 months + 1 month free + free router.
This was a prepaid Plan and I paid Rs 5700 on date 3rd Aug-2011.
On 16-Aug-2012, they disconnected my account stating your account is suspended. I had requested tons of time on callcentre complain number: 2012081602810. Also wrote letter to their office and handed copies in person, also took its reciept.
The issue is I still have 15-20 days of internet access but they have suspended their account and their executives are calling stating if I renew only than will get those days, etc. But when I registered they didnt inform me that.
The internet connection was for my residence.
I am frustrated with this. I am feeling as begger, I am begging for service for which I have already paid.
