My Complaint Description:
I purchased brand new Tata Nexon XM model from falcon Motors Mehsana
Since time of purchase there has been multiple problems with vehicle, listing them as follows
1) Child safety lock ( not working properly from day 1)
2) Front suspension- Issue arrived at 20000km
3) Air condition system malfunctions
4) 12v mobile charging system not working
5) Company committing to average of 17km/ltr where I never received more than 13km/hr

After repeated visit to falcon motors they have not fixed problems nor responding to my concern.

Car has done 24000 kms till now and I believe they are wanting till I push further kms so they can Blame my driving for problem
I asked them for contact information of senior person from Tata Motors which they refused initially and then they gave me details of person who left working for Tata Group .

Please assist, I have proof and recorded phone conversations and to prove Truth in my complain.
