My Complaint Description:
My Tata sky I'd is 1217013471. Sony channels are not working from last two months. There is autopopulated pop up that if you want to activate please give a miss call or SMS on given number.

Now, I have activated sony TV and Sony Sab by messaging for which my 3 rupees cut. I have not done for other channels. Now, when I call to customer care today for activation of channels they recharge your account first eventhough it was due for recharge yesterday. I said all other channels are working but so why you can not activate Sony channels.

They denied and when I recharge then and then only they activate the Sony channels.

I have subscription of 380 RPS per month.
