Hello Sir,

From last 4 yrs I am existing customer of Videocon D2h (Customer ID : 29288579). I was getting service till 19th March 2014. But on 19th March 2014 Videocon D2h upgraded their software and I lost my d2h services. I raised a complaint on same day but I have been informed the problem will resolve in nxt 2 hrs. My television was working fine on 1080i resolution still its working finr with 1080i but the software upgradation did some wrong in the set top box which started delivering 1080p signals. I have shown the demo to D2h engineers they also mutually agreed that the problem is with D2h. But since last 52 days I am not getting service nor any solution from videocon D2h. I have raised 4 complaints for the same but in vain. Videocon D2h is just concentrating to show the problem in TV but TV engineer also confirmed the problem is not with TV but in the D2h set top box. I am not getting HD service but still Videocon D2h wants me to recharge my account which is not in use from last 52 days. Here is the complaint No.22575124 and three more complaints are already there. Videocon D2h is not trying to find out the solution. Videocon d2h is just harassing me on this issue. Each time they called me to visit my home but they just ignore and do not came. I am really depress with this behaviour. Please help me to get the service from D2H
