My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir
I am user of Videocon d2h subscriber since last 10 years. and My videocon d2h customer id is 40082790.
and my contact no is : 9925240354
My existing pack is Popular Pack (Rs. 200/Month).

As per TRI rule i have selected :
Universal Bouquet,
ZEE Family Pack Hindi SD,
NCF [email protected],
But videocon d2h activate all pack multiple of three(3) time and my old Popular pack also activated. and amount deduct 3 times as per activated new and old pack. I have complain it 3 to 4 time from 2nd February 2019 but they are not responding proper and they are not helping me proper and all executive of customer care are ignoring my call request also. Videocon d2h are deduct amount from my account for unwanted services and packs.
