My Complaint Description:
I have recharged my Videocon d2h (customer ID: 70944084 named on brother Kalpit K patel) with 52 channels @ rupees 210 on 21st June 2019 morning 11:52 am. But services are not started even after 6 hours. During this time I have called customer care more than 6 times but still they are not able to start the services. I finally asked for the refund but as discussed with Senior Ashok from customer care, company do not have the policy to refund the recharge amount even though services are not started. Dear Grahak Suraksha team, Kindly help me to get my recharge amount refunded as services are not started. It wasted my almost total 3-4 working hours, which is equivalent to almost 140$ (9800 in rupees).
