My Complaint Description:
i payed for videocon d2h package for entire year(sep18-aug19) and a month back i had asked videocon d2h customer care to temporary disconnect the service with a confirmation from the customer care that if i ask to start the service they will start same day (15 mins was told by the customer care) however yesterday firstly entire day the help line no 9115691156 gave a response that all the lines of the route are busy and when i got the number in the night around 2100hrs the customer care lady made me hold for 15mins checking my request then she tells me that the services can be resumed next day till 1100 in the morning. Now when the services didn't resume the next day(today) by afternoon i again gave a call they again assured and now i again called the customer care at 2030 and the boy says the request asked yesterday was entered wrongly by the girl and hence it is again going to take time till tomorrow 1200.
As a customer though i have paid the amount requested to resume the services still not getting service this is a poor response and some action against the company should be taken as when i complaint the same to their manager(senior of the customer care boy) he says " your money is still intact if its taking time then what"
i wish i would have not take videocon d2h services as the response of service provider is very poor
Can some action be taken as i have and my family have undergone the agony of waiting just because of some mistake of a customer and then no response to improvement by the customer care videocon d2h
