Videocon D2H Complaint

We have applied for videocon d2h connection on 8-12-2010 through online system. We have done payment for Rs.4100 and as per on the videocon web site it was written that we will get 12 months service and 4 months as a free service.

But after 4 months(12/4/2011) we are not able to get the service. After repeatedly called to customer care of videocon till we haven’t received proper response and we have wait for 5 days but we are not able to get your services.

customer id is–>>30250908.

The order is registered with the name of Samir Joshi. We had done payment through ICICI credit card and after confirmed with bank that amount is deducted from the account, the customer care representative is saying that in videocon system the amount is not shown as 4100 its only showing 300 Rs.

Now I again recchreg rs 100 for temproray basis so i want to full amount transaction.

    Mr/madam ……………..
    I am Rohit kumar , customer of Videocon d2h and my customer id is 8464201…
    And since Sunday morning I am facing problem …..and I also called on customer care no 18008810111. But no body ready to help me and executive advise me firstly to switch on your d2h for 1 hour and in this call I can hear clearly that another person telling to him

    “bolde 1 ghanta chala ke rakhne ke liye.”
    And after that when I told to that person that I have already done this
    Again he asked to same person..again I can listen
    “bolde yaar 2 ghante chala ke rakhe backend team kare gi.”
    But as I know when your front end will raise complaint then only backend will do something
    So I same I told to that person and


    AGAIN I CALLED AND A girl picked up and ask every thing and after that
    She also disconnted the call…..

    Again I called and poonam picked up call
    And that girl shouted on me that u called us today morning and we gave u 2 hrs
    So do wait only ……….

    And without any complaint she also unplugged ir disconnected her headphones ……and she thought that I will think that call is disconnected due to some reason
    But it is very clear to me that no body is ready to raise complaint only……….

    So firstly I want to raise complaint against that person who disconnected or unplugged headphones during my call…

    And please alo resolve d2h issue soon as possible…………
