My Complaint Description:
i had done a recharge of rs 5300 on 2/7/12 for one year subscription of platinum hd pack, on which i received 2 months of free subscription. so my next recharge date is 3/9/13, instead of which i am getting message on my tv screen to recharge before 13 august. on calling up d2h complaint no., the exec. told me that they have deducted amount for my dish transfer, for which i had already paid!!!..so pathetic and cheap….more he disconnected my call on his own without giving me any further details. he took ages to look at my details and the phone call lasted about 10 mins. after this i called up again, this time different person answered, he again kept me on hold for long time then told me that he is transferring my call to senior…. and to my horror…when i finally got heard after waiting for long time…he had indeed transferred my call to automatic recharge section…wht a rude and disgusting behavior….i mean this amounts to fraud cheating and doesnt stop there……you have to bear such rude behavior…and am continuously recieving threatening calls and sms from videocon d2h agents and customer care to recharge before 13 aug or face discontinuation….customer care says my problem will be addressed on 16th….so frustrating….which means they will deliberately not solve my problem before 13…so that being helpless i will recharge…and they will loot me….
