Your Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
I am using vodafone complaintpaid connection number 9825677600 for last 6 years. The number was inactive for last three months and company discontinued service on the same on 16th January 2011. On 22nd Feb 2011. I cleared all the dues and processed

documentations for that number and company gave me simcard and confirmed the activation within 48 hours. Later on I came to know that on 23rd Feb 2011. the company gave that number to a third party which is my number and i had already applied for the same. it has been almost 1 month but they are not even responding me properly and even not ready to admit their fault. To my beleif this is nothing but a fraudulant practice by the company. They have given my number to a third party as a premium number and that number was already applied for by me and i have got all the proofs with me and they cannot give away that number to any other party. The law says that after discontinuation, the company cannot give away the number within 3 months of time period. I have all the proofs with me and want to file a case against the company to compansate for the same as my that number is used for net banking and other important work. kindly guide me in the said regard.

      Your staff is acting like the staff of SBI, they couldn’t and didn’t solve our problem, instead they they tel us to hang the call …… I just wanted some information about my recharge but we could not understand what your staff is saying …. sorry to say this but its a shame that i and my family had been a customer of vodafone for more than 10 years and nothing has change yet. Please make it an environment that we fell welcome. Thank you Vodafone .

  2. Am aditya srivastava mai gorakhpur bank road branch kalpita and pintoo naam ke employee ki complain krna chahta hu…..dono ne bahut jada hi batmeeji ki hai mere sath…

    • Sir mera name chandan kumar singh hai or mai tech mahindra ke sector 64 noida me training kr rha tha or apke process ka mere trainer ka name sachin dhoundiyal tha mera batch no 195 or circle delhi process Vodafone tha sir apse dukh prakat krte huye kahna par rha hai ki mera trainer jo sachin dhoundiyal hai mere sath bahut jyada misbehave or badtamiji kiya or uske baad mai HAR me complain kiya to mujhe koi solution nhi mila or mujhe job se hi nikal diya gya.bahut umeed hai apse ki mujhe koi solution milega.   3. I write this complaint with much pain and the feeling of being humiliated. I along with my family members have been users of Vodafone for quite a long time. Though market is flooded with choices and attractive offers, yet we have not opted for other companies believing in your efficiency and credibility. Placing my faith on your credibility and efficiency of getting the complaints of customers redressed, I wish to put forward a complain against an employee for rude behaviour and responding to my queries with indifference.
    This complaint is against a certain employee Souman, who is currently working in Vodafone Centre, Siliguri branch. I had gone to get my number converted from complaint-paid to prepaid. I was made to wait for almost half an hour. In spite of attending to the customers, he was whiling his time talking with other employees. When I asked him to attend to my problems, he simply smiled and continued his discussion. When further I charged him with a warning of lodging a complaint against him to the complaint cell, he impudently asked me to proceed further if I wish to do so.
    I hope my complaint will be acknowledge within a week with an explanation call from your company, as to what action would you be taking against him. If my complaint is not acknowledged within the aforesaid stipulated time frame, I shall switch to other company with the grievance as a customer of not being answered and grievances not redressed.

    As my request for see the matter as above mentioned.
    I am. ASHWIN MANWANI The store executive cum partner of old reliance store before the “DOMINOS PIZZA”at gandhidham (gujarat – kutchh) now convert in all companies service provider.

    As previously when reliance company is closed down it’s store at gandhidham at the same time for my valuable reliance customer i manage to convert into Vodafone (mnp) customers.

    The Vodafone Employ visit our shop . Name is Mr. Diyam Sina , Mr. Parinay Bhatnagar , Mr Rohit Bharadwaj and Minesh Chouhan.
    With condition that your company paid ₹.100 for each new mnp in Vodafone and your company representative accept that.
    With the assurance I start mnp into Vodafone with 500 customers.
    When all mnp successfully accomplished your company representative show less interest in our hard work remuneration.
    He paid ₹.20000 against the ₹.50000 payment.
    So it’s as my request to take corrective action against the representative of your company.
    And this behavior persist than I am sorry to say that within a short period the company lost its reputation. and no one reply to my calls and followup we are followup last 1 month and he says that wait sir 5 baje tak ho jayega . Hum kar rahe h .
    So looking to the situation I request you to take necessary action against company representative.

  5. i would like to inform you that your one employee is not educated. i think he’s certificate is fake, he’s name is Amit prasad .he is in malda english bazar. he’s from kolkata.actully he cant speak well,and he’s performance also not good.please re verified his qualification.
