Voltas AC Complaint

I am facing of problem regarding my VOLTAS AC srvices since last 2 month till date i am not getting proper result.

    I purchased two Voltas vertis panache 2.0t Air conditioner on 15/11/2009
    1.Serial no: INDOOR- 4551044G08C000147, OUTDOOR- 4571031G08C000391 and
    2. Serial no: INDOOR- 4551044G08C000227, OUTDOOR- 4511031G08C000105 from your
    Authorised dealer M/S CHADHA ELECTRONICS, 149, CHADHA COMPLEX, DELHI ROAD, MEERUT.

    Both these Air conditioners have stopped working ,therefore a complaint was registered on voltas customer care on DATE: 24/6/2011 , complaint no: 11JU2404186 and the complaint for second AC was made on 07/07/2011, complaint no: 11JL701821.
    On 07/07/2011 voltas engineer Mr.M.D Tiwari came and checked both the Air conditioners and told us that PCB is Defective in both AC and INDOOR UNIT FAN MOTOR is Defective,
    Then i had telephone conversation with Mr.ABHISHEK CHAUHAN (Area Manager) Ghaziabad, and i was assured by him that both the AC will

    Sir,
    i want to draw your attention the extremely poor after sales service of your company.

    on 15/11/2009 (installed on may 2010) i purchased two VOLTAS VERTIS PANACHE 2.0 ton air conditioner. In this scorching summer , both of these AC’s stopped working on 22nd June and an complaint was registered with voltas customer care and the complaint no. is 11JU2404186.
    till now our problem has not been resolved , even after regular reminders from me to your customer care .

    i have air conditioner of LG since many years and this is the first time i bought voltas AC and the experience with voltas have been extremely poor. I kindly request you to please look forward at resolving this issue immediately , as i am an aware customer and can file a report in consumer forum .
