Hi,

My Mobile : 91674 72337

I am facing below problem from last 2 months & I am not getting proper response from customer care executives.

I have requested to activate internet connection ( 2G Data Plan ) on Sunday evening around 10 pm.

Executive told me that plan will be activated within 48 hours but he didn’t informed me that if you will use internet before activation or confirmation message it will be charge 10p/10kb.

So, I have downloaded more than 100mb before activation.

Now, Due to this my unbilled amount goes to more than 1500 Rs.& I got exceeded credit limit message. So, I called customer care on for this message & I got diff. answers from each executives.

Executives ( Nitin) informed me , Once plan will be activated that time whatever you have downloaded that will be adjusted in bill & you don’t have to pay for that.

Manager (Rakesh) informed me , Once you will get confirmation message then you need to start internet but still I didn’t receive confirmation message.

He also informed that you will get call back from his manager within 4 hours but I didn’t receive any call . Now, It’s more than 20 hours.

I also discussed with Executive (Simran singh), he told me your card is deactivated since 15th Feb. as system populated deactivation information & he also informed me you will get manager call back within 1 hour.

Summary:

I am totally disappointed from your service & the way executives discuss with me & giving diff. information.
