My Complaint Description:
I have bought a xolo era x mobile by online through amazone.
The company have sold me a defective mobile. And now neither replacing it nor giving me money back.
As per advice of xolo authority, I have submitted it two times at The xolo/lava service stations of nafiyad and junagadh at Gujarat.but the service station does not give me proper service and because of this, my mobile have many problems created day by day.and now it become useless.
other experts said that the motherboard, battery and socket become very damaged so it must be changed. But xolo company does not change it.
I have complaint to xolo many times regarding this by email. but they have done nothing for its replacement.and again and again say me to go at service station for its service, which is at junagadh, very fare from my city-keshod. so now i cannot bear the expence of bus fare of going to junagadh.
So please do necessory to replace it or for money back or give me guidance about what i have to do for the replacement of this mobile.
