My Complaint Description:
I am writing this complaint to explain the issues I faced with you broadband internet services. I am not getting wifi from 13th May 2019. I raised a complaint by using you broadband App on 13th may, local technician responded and informed me the that the local connection or switch box which they use to connect 2 or 3 customers was not supplied power, so he suggested me to install that box in my house for which I said no because if that was the case I would have opted for another network who offer me internet services without installing that box in my house instead I asked them for dedicated connection and was willing to pay the amount it needed. Again I encountered the same issue from 15th may 2019 to till today (21st May 2019) I have 0 connection to internet or wifi. I have called you broadband customer care 4 times, every time executives use to say the same statements that they are putting my concern in high priority or they are escalating my issue but till now no technician from you broadband called me that they are coming to rectify the issue and give me internet services as it's been 1 week now. I opted for 12 month data plan and paid full amount to you broadband already. Till now everytime I called customer care I use to receive SMS from you broadband regarding the feedback to executive I spoke to or suggesting me to use you broadband App but never received a SMS regarding the complaint or about the technician who is going to address the issue, they are not even hinting approximate time period to address the issue, everytime I call they are saying tomorrow my issue will be sorted out. I am a student preparing for competitive exams so paid for 12 months at a time to get no or minimum interrupted services but it's been 1 week now no proper response or action I can see from you broadband services… and I am upset with the way you broadband is responding when raised a complaint.. please address this issue.. thank you
