I have already submitted one complain once since then i am receiving JUST one mail content "We will check with our seller and get back to you".

How could it take so long to solve a single problem. It's been more than 10 days. They have put my problem on stand by.

Enough is enough
I need solution.

  1. The same email i received saying TECHNICAL ISSUE.
    The matter of concern is THEY CAN SURELY GIVE A CALL if they are having SO CALLED TECHNICAL PROBLEM. I damn sure they still place order thorough mail.

    NO TECHNICAL THING require for giving a phone call from seller, i guess.

  2. The worst ever site I came across with is ‘Zipker’. Before purchasing I did not go through reviews for this site. I just want everyone to be aware of the frauds and do not suffer from it as I am suffering. From last 10 days daily I am sending same mail for my complaint continuously with no response in return. Not reachable on call. Escalation and customer care mail ids are fake. Never never go for ‘ZIPKER’.
    I am aware that I am not getting my money back but I want to make others know about the fraud app ‘ZIPKER’.

    • Please keep mailing them, and put the complaint against them on GRAHAK SURAKSHA.

      You will get your parcel right but yah, no money back.
